Events services and collaboration

Supporting Organization (free of charge)

AHKEA may accept invitation from AHKEA Member or friendly associations/organizations as Supporting Organization of related events, and will provide the following free services:

1. Dissemination of organizer's promotional leaflet to AHKEA members thru email.
2. Promote the event thru AHKEA website and e-News letter.
3. Depending on the resource situation, AHKEA secretariat staff may attend the event to take photo for event records.

Event organizing services -

AHKEA provides the following services to AHKEA members and friendly associations/ organizations:

1) Design a web page at AHKEA web site for promotion.
2) Arrange online enrollment thru the promotional web page.
3) Enrollment registration and confirmation by AHKEA secretariat.
4) Invite and arrange speakers.
5) Invite Supporting Organizations
6) Co-ordination of venue rental.
7) Dissemination of the promotional material thru email/fax, e-News Letter to:
     - AHKEA members
     - AHKEA associates (e.g. persons attended AHKEA events in past)
     - Members of Supporting Organizations
8) Consultation of event organizing.
9) Program run down Power Point presentation preparation
10) Notebook PC, Projector for event use.
11) Logistics support during the event day.
12) Professional digital photo taking for the whole event,  provide all digital photos by a CD-ROM and copy right to the organizer.
13) Detailed event report with photos will be posted at AHKEA web site within three days of event held.
14) One A4 page of Event report with photos will be posted at the upcoming AHKEA brochure.
15) Others - negotiable  

Services fee - Negotiable depending the scope of services required, can be any combination of above items.
