Objectives:
This is
a forum on emerging OLED flat panel display technology in hope
of inviting more display companies and local investors to be
benefited from the future of this technology.
OLED, organic
light emitting diode, are self-emitting, offer excellent levels
of brightness and contrast. Therefore, it is a promising
technology for the coming years. The material and market will
become mature within the next 2 to 3 years. It is time for Hong
Kong industry to prepare for it.
We have the honor to have experts in technology, material,
equipment from Germany, Canada, Japan and Korea to enlighten us
in this new technology and manufacturing, helping us shorten the
learning curve. Meanwhile, we can also make
contacts with those companies in technology transfer, equipment
and material supply for future partnership when we are ready for
investment.
Who should attend:
This
forum is important not only for the industry but also for
investors, venture capitalists and bankers. We need knowledge in
decision making to support the emerging industry in technology,
material and equipment. This one day forum will serve our
purpose in helping Hong Kong to be benefited from this emerging
