Networking Tea Party Co-organized by Hong Kong  Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) and Hong Kong & Mainland Software Industry Cooperation Association (HMSICA), a networking tea party was held on Feb 13, 2003 evening at Tech Centre, Kowloon Tong. During the Networking hour,  Mr. CD Tam - CEO of HKSTP, Mr. Edmund Ma -  President of HMSICA, Mr. Ringo Chan - Chairman of Hong Kong Information Technology Joint Council, and Mr. CW Cheung - VP of HKSTP have delivered speeches to all participants.
