Dinner
September Networking Dinner was
held at Four Seas Restaurant, Polytechnic University on Sept 24,
2004, 25 members and friends enjoyed a wonderful dinner.
After the networking hour,
Vice-Chairman Mr. Mark Lam delivered an opening speech and Mr. Kenneth So, Chief Officer of Dempa Publications Ltd.
(one of the speakers of last Networking Dinner with topic about 912
Election) shared his view points about the 912 Election result.
During the dinner, Executive officer delivered two interesting talks about
"How to effectively
use PIM to improve your efficiency of work" and
"About
Digital Photography". Then, Dr. Bryan Pong - Associate
Professor of Hong Kong University, delivered a talk
about "A revolutionary way to promote electronic components
on the Internet".

Before the Dinner end, the Association encouraged members in making use of
the AHKEA website to share their activity news at the Members
News page, and asked all participants whether they want to join
a "Happy Hour Workshop" which is planned to be held at the AHKEA
secretariat in Mong Kok where a nice
Gallery.Cafe.Exhibition.Workshops is located at 2/F of the same
building. Some interesting workshops/seminars will be organized
there at quarterly or monthly basis. All participants welcomed
this kind of event, Stephen will send an email to all members
for voting of preferable time.
