To manage the business
effectively, top management have to due with many IT related
subjects. It is very hard to make decision just based on the
staff input. AHKEA's July Networking Dinner organized few talks with introduction
of various new technology to enable top management to make quick
and prudent decision when handling IT subjects. Over 40 senior
executives and professionals of industry attended this event,
including two Russian guests from Ricor Group - Mr. Alexei
Ostroukhov (VP) and Mr. Sergey Fedorovich Juchkin (Client
Terminal Department Chief).
The Dinner started at
7:45 PM, after welcome remarks by the Chairman Mr. Robert Li,
the following four talks were presented:

The MC Mr. Alan Kan introduced the newly joined
Corporate member - Pacific Consulting Group
Ltd., CEO Mr.
Alan Ma and CTO & founder Mr. Danny Tse. Alan and Danny
briefly introduced their company and invited all participants to
attend a seminar
to be held on Aug 20 at HKPC with topic of "Take a Giant
Step in Productivity for Manufacturing and Enterprises -
Leveraging on Advanced ERP in Productivity for Manufacturing and
Enterprises".
Lastly, Dr. Bryan Pong - Associate Professor, Power Electronics
Lab. of the University of Hong Kong invited all participants to
attend a free seminar
on a new CAD tool for Swithcing Power Supply on the Internet, to be held on Aug 28 at Lecture theatre of HKU
with topic of "A revolutionary way to promote electronic
