Networking Dinner 
A Human Resource
themed Networking Dinner was held on Nov 26, 2004 at Fours Seas
Restaurant, 14/F., Lai Ka Shing Tower, Polytechnic University,
Hung Hom. This event attracted 37 executives and professionals
in the industry, they enjoyed a wonderful evening together.
During the networking hour, Chairman Mr. Robert
Li, Vice-Chairman Mr. Mark Lam, Toys Solution Group Chairman Mr.
Peter Tam, HR Solution Group Chairman Mr. CL Tham, Marketing
Solution Group Vice-Chairman Mr. Alan Kan and Secretary
General/Executive Director Mr. Stephen Pong welcomed all
participants especially those 14 new friends who joined
AHKEA Networking Dinner the first time, and Honorary Chairman
Mr. Sunny Siu and Honorary Advisor Dr. WC Keung.
 
Dinner started at 8:00 pm,
after Chairman Mr. Robert Li delivered a short remark, the MC Mr. Alan Kan
introduced the speaker of the dinner, Ms. Christine
Choy,
Director and Chief consultant of Choy's Human Resource
Consultancy. Dr.
C.Y. Wong, Sr. Adviser of The Management Development Centre of
Hong Kong, also introduced Christine who is going to be speaker
of two one-day
training course at VTC
on Dec 3 - "Coaching and Counseling for creating Quantum
Leap in Manpower Performance" and Dec 17 - "Metaphor
Approach of Strategic Planning for creating ture business
result" respectively, Dr. Wong invited all
participants to attend the two courses.
As part of the talk - "The application of
psychology for achieving business result",
Christine and her colleagues, have prepared a psychology game
for playing by three groups' (three tables) people. After an
excited five minutes team working, table #3 successfully
finished the target and won the game.
"The result of this game tells the importance of
Co-operation of a team....." Christine continued his talk
with excellent presentation, all participants were impressed by
the game and all the content of this talk.
After
the talk, Mr. Sunny Siu introduced his new companies - Universe
Net Group Ltd. and Universe Publishing Group Ltd. and it's
portal www.uinfo.net. Mr. Siu
cordially invited all participants to attend an Opening Ceremony
and Cocktail on Nov 29 Monday 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm at 3/F, low
level, China Resources Building.
Before the dinner ends, Alan invited all participants to
join the upcoming AHKEA
Annual Dinner which will be held on Dec 5 Sunday at
the same restaurant.
