Networking Dinner
The October Networking Dinner was held on Oct 31, 2003 at Club
Oasis, Yau Yat Tsuen, 19 members and friends attended this
event.
Dinner was started at 7:45 pm, the MC Mr. Alan
Kan introduced the speakers of two talks. The first talk was
presented by
Dr.
Stephen Lee - Branch Director of HKPC with topic "CEPA Business
Development Centre in HKPC". Dr. Lee introduced the TechMart,
purpose of setting up CEPA Business Development Centre in
HKPC, facilities and services, and some data about Hong Kong
electronic industry.
After the talk and Q & A, Dr. Lee donated one
dinner ticket for lucky draw, the lucky guy can attend the
dinner with the China space hero Mr. Yeung Lee Wai on Nov 01,
2003 at HKCEC.
Another talk was presented by
Mr. Aaron Tong - Managing Director of TQM
Consultants Co., Ltd. and Chairman of AHKEA Quality &
Productivity Solution Group, with the topic
"Lean Business".
The
topic was so attractive, few participants even stayed with Mr.
Aaron Tong for further discussion, after the dinner.
After the two talks, Mr. Stephen Pong, Honorary Secretary
General, briefly updated some news and activities of AHKEA. This
wonderful and fruitful dinner was ended at 10:00 pm.
