Mr. Malcolm R. Dumenil; Group President of Chiaphua Industries Ltd. presented an excellent speech with topic of "Maximizing Profit in a Competitive Manufacturing Environment". He shared his valuable management experience and the ways in constructing a winning budget, controlling cost elements in manufacturing, negotiations of all purchased materials, stock turns achieving, workforce and quality, utilization of capital equipment and efficiency on shop floor, etc.

After the presentation, a "Talking to CEO" discussion session was conducted by Professor Rongbin Lee, Mr. Malcolm and Dr. Stephen Lee, Director of Hong Kong Productivity Council, Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering Alumni Association, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

After Souvenir presentation, Mr. Ricky Chau, Chairman of The Institution of Engineering and Technology Hong Kong addressed a closing speech and vote of thanks.
