Organized by The Institution of Engineering and Technology Hong Kong - Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering Environment, supported by Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Manufacturing & Industrial Engineering Alumni Association, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and America Hong Kong Electronics Association, a "Talking to CEO - Mr. Malcolm R. Dumenil; Group President of Chiaphua Industries Ltd. - Maximizing Profit in a Competitive Manufacturing Environment" seminar was held at The Senate Room, 16/F., Li Ka Shing Tower, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University on July 4, 2006. This event attracted 120 participants with full house.

Registration and refreshments session at 6:30 pm - 7:00 pm was a good networking time for organizer, speaker, guests and participants.

Mr. Kelvin Ma - MC announced the seminar start at 7:10 pm, he firstly introduced the organizers, supporting organizations and speaker, Professor Rongbin Lee, Chair Professor and Head of Department of Industrial System Engineering, The HK Polytechnic University, delivered an opening speech.
