Product introduction 產品介紹

The system is composed of an XRF analyzer operated by a HP iPAQ PDA with Windows CE operating system, including a color TFT display with touch screen. The spectra and results may be stored on the PDA and downloaded to a PC via ActiveSync using an S-bus connection or wireless Bluetooth communication. The XRF analyzer includes a miniature x-ray tube with 40kV HV supply and a high resolution Si-PIN detector system (< 275 eV FWHM at 5.95 keV Mn spectral line).  The system is tailored to the analysis of elements restricted in the EU 2002/95/EC and EU 2002/96/EC directives, commonly known as WEEE and RoHS directives.
