Mr. Victor Ng, Managing Director of Micom Tech Limited.  He graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a degree in Electrical Engineering in 1976.  He has 30 years of R&D experience on embedded software and chipset technology and innovation. 

He founded Micom Tech Limited in 1981 in HK and MTL Micomtech Pte Limited in 1991 in Singapore, providing product innovation services and solutions to the industry.  In the past 25 years, over 2,500 designs have been completed by his team for worldwide clientele. 

Currently Mr. Ng is serving the following committees/boards :

-  Member of the SERAP (Small Entrepreneur Research Assistant Programme) Project Assessment Panel of ITC
