Mr. Hau-Kin Leung is currently the Managing Director
of Pursuit of Excellence Management Consulting Company Limited.
He has been delivering consulting services and education and training
on management systems, quality systems and process improvements
to clients like Solomon QCE, MTR of Hong Kong, AIA, SGS Hong Kong
Limited, Billion Nice Industries, Tuen Mun Hospital under the Hospital
Authority of Hong Kong, and etc.
Prior to this, he had 27 years working experience
in Motorola, dedicating his effort in building the Six Sigma Quality
Management culture, coaching and mentoring the application of Six
Sigma in both the manufacturing and business operations, conducting
assessment to many Motorola worldwide facilities against the renowned
Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence, driving continuous
improvement actions, offering management consulting services to
some State Own Enterprises of China.
He is a reputable internal trainer and facilitator
for the Motorola University of Motorola on leadership, management,
Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence, and 6 Sigma
education and training classes.
He received his Master degree in Engineering Business
Management from the University of Warwick.
He was a member of the Governing Council of Hong
Kong Quality Assurance Agency till 2001; was the Vice-Chairman of
Hong Kong Quality Management Association. He serves as a member
of the Board of Examiners of the Hong Kong Management Association
Quality Award in 1997, 1998, 1999 and 2000. He frequently delivers
seminars in quality management to other corporations and in quality
conferences, e.g. Mass Transit Railway Corporation, Hong Kong and
China Gas, Vitasoy, Hong Kong Quality Management Association, Hong
Kong Quality Forum, etc., etc.
