Mr. Henry Kan is the Founder and Managing Director of Ray Electronics Industries Ltd. Ray was founded in 1969 and was renamed as Ray Electronics Industries Ltd. in 1988. The company now owns three factories in China: one is manufacturing electrolytic capacitors, one is making ceramic products such as resonators and filters while the other produces consumer electronics such as calculators, clocks and other OEM products at JIS standard.

Mr. Kan is very keen on promoting Hong Kong electronics industry, and he is offering great support and patronage to AHKEA. Besides, he has been an Executive Committee member of the Hong Kong Electronics Industries Association since 1989, and is the Vice-Chairman of External Affairs Sub-Committee.
