Mr. Alan Kan has more than 30 years of solid experience in the electronics field from Radio Repairer, QA Engineer, TV Engineer, Purchasing Manager to being a Sales and Marketing Director. He has rich experience in operation and management. He held senior positions in Flextronics and Centralab before he founded his own company Clever Motion Industries Limited in 1987 and Clever Motion Technology Limited in 2000. Clever Motion Industries evolved from a trading company for electronic component to supply chain management for electronic products. He is involving in information technology and applying such technology for daily operation to improve the quality, productivity and profit margin.

He also gained a lot of international exposure in USA, UK, Germany, Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Japan, New Zealand and Greater China.

He held Certificate in Telecommunication from the Hong Kong Polytechnic in 1974 and City & Guilds Full Technologist Certificate. He took external examination and was qualified as a full member of Society of Engineers, and also registered as Professional Engineers in U.K. He continued his further study at University of East Asia for Master Degree in Business Administration in 1987.
