Mr. SL Law is a Master instructor of IPC610 since 1997.  He has experience to conduct the IPC-610 course in Hong Kong and China over last 5 years .
Before joining HKPC as the senior principal consultant in 1996, he spent over 8 years in Flextronics as the key technical staff, the Director of Engineering ( Asia  Pacific ) to implement the first SMT plant in Singapore plant in 1986 and then implement the ISO9002 in Hong Kong plant in 1992. Having a strong interest in PWB manufacturing, he joined the ACL Electronics ( HK ) Ltd. as the Quality Director from 1993-1995 in the development of technology and quality roadmap. He was also the key person to plan and implement strategically for the achievement of four  Hong Kong Government Industrial Awards in 1994.

Mr. Law is a graduate of the University of Hong Kong . From 1989 to 1995, he was the Hon. Lecturer of the University of Hong Kong and From 1994 to 1997, he was the Hon. Lecturer of Chinese University of Hong Kong. Since Hong Kong Productivity Council is the only Asian Approved IPC certification center in Asia, he was able to become the IPC-600 certified instructor and Jstd-001 registered instructor so that HKPC is positioning to be a strong service supporter of international standards for electronic companies.

Last 3 years , Mr. Law is  a sub-committee member of the IPC PCQR2 so that he is preparing HKPC to become an approved test site for the support of IPC-9151 standard, and also a Advisor of Education & Training of the Hong Kong Optoelectronics Association .  Professionally, Mr. Law is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Engineers
