Mr. Raymond Lam is the Vice President of Toys, Premiums & Juvenile Products, Asia, Bureau Veritas Hong Kong Limited. He is responsible for the toys, premiums and juvenile products testing and consultation activities in Asia. 

He has years of experience in regulatory safety, product quality and quality assurance approach in toys, premiums and juvenile products for major distribution countries such as US, Canada, Europe, Australia and Japan. 

Raymond graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University with a Degree in Manufacturing Engineering.  Raymond Joined ACTS Testing Labs in 1988 as the Laboratory Manager and where in 1998, Bureau Veritas acquired ACTS Testing Labs.
