Keung is Vice Chairman & President of Operation, Ka Shui
Holdings Co., Ltd..
He has more than 20 years of professional experience and is
well recognized in the field of metal forming. Over the years, he
has been keeping a close working relationship with the metal working iindustry in Hong Kong, Mainland China and overseas, and helped
raise the technological standard and competitiveness of the local
industry. Dr. Keung obtained his Master's and doctoral degrees in
Mechanical Engineering from Birmingham University, UK. He is a
Chartered Engineer of UK's Institute of Materials and a Fellow
member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE), the
Honorary Permanent Chairman and Advisor of the Hong Kong Diecasting
Association, and the Permanent Honorary Chairman of the Hong Kong
Foundry Association.
Before
joining Ka Shui Holdings Co., Ltd., Ir Dr. Keung was President of Elec & Eltek International Holdings
Limited, Technology and Global Services.
Besides, he was the Branch
Director of the Hong Kong Productivity Council,
Information Technology and Services, responsible for
the formulation of a series of important programmes to promote
application of information technology (IT) in Hong Kong's
businesses, the SMEs in particular. He was Chairman, IT Division,
Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) (2001/02), the Honorary
Advisor of the Hong Kong Chamber of Small and Medium Business
Limited, member of the Chinese Interface Advisory Committee, member
of the Innovation and Technology Fund (Textile Projects) Vetting
Committee, member of the Hong Kong Clothing Industry Training
Authority (CITA), President of the Hong Kong Critical
Components Association and Vice Chairman of Hong Kong
Shandong Business Association.
Dr. Keung has kept a close contact with the
academic circle in Hong Kong, Mainland China and overseas throughout
his various capacities. He is playing an important role in promoting
the productivity of Hong Kong's businesses. He is a Fellow of the
World Academy of Productivity Science of the World Confederation of
Productivity Science, USA, and the Vice-Chairman of the Asia Pacific
Academy for Productivity Innovation.
He is currently a Member of the Shandong
Provincial Committee of the Chinese People Political Consultative
Conference and Economic Advisor to Weihai Municipal People's
Government, Shandong Province.
