陳柏明先生為特許電子工程師。現時為香港生產力促進局工業標準部的高級顧問,對不同工業系統的設計,特別是電子及電機等有相當經驗。他亦是HKPC可靠性測試及計量中心的主管,曾參與多個香港特區政府批出的線路板製造技術及電子組裝技術研究及推廣項目, 包括最近完成的無鉛焊錫技術研究, IPC-9151線路板標準製訂和測試中心(美國以外唯一)建立等項目。HKPC 可靠性測試中心曾向多間香港及外國汽車電子公司提供服務。

Daniel Chan is a chartered electronic engineer and is working as senior consultant of the Industrial Standards Division of the Hong Kong Productivity Council. He has extensive design experience in electronics and electrical systems. He is also the head of the HKPC Reliability Testing and Calibration Centre and has participated several government
funded technology study and dissemination projects (including lead-free soldering and IPC-9151 testing centre). The HKPC Reliability Testing Centre has provided reliability testing services to a number of automotive electronics companies.
